Patricia Lynn Adlesperger, 72 years old, of Green Castle, Missouri, passed away Tuesday, March 15, 2022 at Blessing Hospital in Quincy, Illinois.

Pat was born October 25, 1949 in Trenton, Missouri to John Junior and Mildred Wandalee (Eddy) Reed. Pat married Steven Gray and to this union, four children were born. She later married Bill Adlesperger, and they had one child. Her surviving children are Steven Gray and wife Emily of Grosebeck, Texas, Scot Gray of Browning, Jesse Gray and wife Christina of Meadville, Missouri, Rosie Gray of Meadville, and Sarah Neal and husband Kory of Pollock. She is also survived by: Her grandchildren, Ariel Marriott, Steven Gray, Charlee Gray, Casey Gray, Morgan Stephenson, Jordan Gray, Waden Gray, Emily Gray, Jack Gray, Tegan Morris, Jasmine Gray, Angelina Clark, Fletalynn Clark, Nevaeh Clark, and Serenity Neal; four great grandchildren, one great grandchild on the way, Kinze Rae Stephenson; Pat's siblings, Danny Reed of Kirksville, Pam Gormley and husband Gary of Wayland, Missouri, Janice DeRyke and husband Kenny of Milan, Anita Sullivan and husband Bill of Kirksville, and Jaunita Lawrence and husband Richard of Kirksville; an aunt, Mary Fay Jones of Anniston, Alabama; and several nieces and nephews.

Pat was preceded in death by: Her parents; husband, Bill; a sister, Cathy Whittmore; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Pat grew up in Trenton until the fourth grade when they moved to Milan, graduating from Milan C-II in 1968. She lived in California and Texas, before moving back to Missouri. She owned and operated many restaurants including the Shamrock Inn, the Silver Spoon, the Hilltop Diner in Green City and Pat and Bill's Café in Green Castle. Pat was baptized at the Baptist Church in Green Castle. She enjoyed going to auctions and yard sales. Pat loved her animals and horses, but most loved spending time with her kids and grandkids.

Funeral services for Pat will be held 2:00 PM, Saturday, March 19, 2022, at Schoene-Ruschmeier Funeral Home in Milan. Burial will follow at Oakwood Cemetery in Milan. A visitation will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 PM, Friday evening at the funeral home.
