Mrs. Katherine Parker, 89, of Coffeville, died Dec. 8, 2001 of heart failure at her residence.
Funeral services were held Dec. 10 at Cotfeeville First Baptist Church with Rev. Daniel Hawthorne and Rev. Donnie Stewart officiating. Burial was in Alva-Parker Cemetery in Duck Hill.
Mrs. Parker was preceded in death by her late husband, W. Y. Parker.
She is survived by one son, Walt Parker of Sentatobia; one daughter, Kay Brick of Oxford; two sisters, Joe Warren of St. Charles, Mo. and Dee Fields of Dunlap, Tenn.; four grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
