Eileen Frankland, 86, passed away in Canton Aultman Hospital on December 26, 2003.
An area resident most of her life, Eileen was born in Holmes County, Ohio to the late Ora C. and Nellie (Peckham) Smail. Eileen lived in the Portage Lakes area since 1945.
She is survived by her husband, Donald D. Smail; two sons, Donald R. and James C. Smail; plus four grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her brothers, Lloyd and Roy Smail.
Funeral services on Tuesday at 1:30 p.m. in the Greenlawn Memorial Park Chapel. Interment to follow there.
