Born in Millersburg, Ohio, a son of the late Charles and Etta (Way) Peckham, he lived in Akron 49 years. A World War I veteran, he was a member of Disabled American Veterans. A member of Firestone Park Presbyterian Church, Mr. Peckham retired from Firestone in 1958 after 41 years of service.
He leaves his wife, Alice; son, William of Las Vegas; brother, Paul, Akron; sisters, Mrs. Nellie Smail, Akron, and Mrs. Mary Reisicsar of E. Dundee, IL.
Services will be held on Tuesday at 2 p.m. in Schermesser Funeral Home. Burial will be made in Greenlawn Memorial Park.
