Pastor Frankie Dennis was born in Milwaukee, WI but reared in Pine Bluff, AR. She knew God had a great plan for her life, as she was never just satisfied with what "men" said about God. She was always searching for more. She accepted Christ at an early age and proceeded to build HER relationship in Christ throughout the years.

Pastor Frankie was a pastor since 1997 and Senior Pastor of Rock of Faith Deliverance Church for seven years (32 years). She was an anointed teacher with a prophetic and evangelistic mantle to minister to women and children. With motivation and grace gifts in healing, faith, charity, serving, discerning of spirits and exhortation, she had a desire to see the lost saved and delivered.

She was a true Evangelist that won many to Christ. She was a licensed and ordained minister, founder of Women of Royal Destiny (W.O.R.D.) Women's Ministry, an anointed prayer warrior/intercessor, and a powerful and dynamic motivational speaker. She had a unique anointing to communicate in a way that was very practical. She also had the awesome privilege to work with many ministries, All Nations Pentecostal/Milwaukee, WI, New Hope International Ministries/Milwaukee, WI, and Christian Outreach Ministries/Pine Bluff, AR.

Pastor Frankie enjoyed life and believed in making every moment count. She loved traveling, sodoku, crossword puzzles, and spending time with her grandchildren, children, siblings, family, and friends. She also recently became an author of "When Faith Goes Before You Miracles Happen", a book that takes you on a journey about her faith.

Through the years, Pastor Frankie survived two bouts of breast cancer and COVID-19 and seven heart attacks, with her most recent one being in November 2021.

Pastor Frankie lived a life that demonstrated devotion and service in Christ. Likewise, she lived a life that demonstrated love for her family. She impacted and influenced so many lives, and because of that, we will never be the same. Her stern but authentic, sweet spirit, and loving nature will forever be a legacy for all of us.

She was preceded in death by her parents Sam Glisper and Jamie Glisper, her oldest sister, Sammie Glisper, and her youngest brother, Ricky Glisper.

She leaves to cherish her memories and legacy, her husband of 30 years, Apostle Rufus Dennis, four girls: Fratina Boatman, Felicia (Miguel) Cooper, Lonnique Armon, and Lana Armon, five siblings: Robert (Sandra) Glisper, Shirley (Henry) Watson, Donald (Elizabeth) Glisper, Janice Carrington, Gale (Alex) Jelks, and Tomie Burks (cousin), 9 grandchildren: Jamier Boatman-Harrell, Armand Etienne, Khyle Boatman-McHenry, Khamani Cooper, Latre'vya Armon, Kha'Leyce Cooper, Branden Armon, Braylen Armon, and Khamiya Cooper, bestfriend: Bettie (Anthony) Gray, and a host of cousins, neices, nephews and friends.
