Andrew Thomas Cummins, 23, went to the Other Side Camp on October 21, 2021. He was born March 25, 1998 in Crow Agency. A son of Crescentia Cummins and David Yarlott III. His Indian name íipiakaatxxiase (Well Known Magpie) given to him by his great grandma, Agnes Holds. He was a member of the Newly Made Lodge and a child of the Whistling Water and a child of the Hidatsa Prairie Chicken Clan. Andrew was affectionately known as Little Bear. He was raised in the No Water and Benteen areas. He was proud to be a descendent of Chief Grey Bull and was well versed in Grey Bull's stories. Little Bear was so fortunate to have many people in his life. He was so loving that he literally drew people to him. He was adopted by Gevy and Lucky Coyote Runs and Debbie and Joey Arkinson of Rocky Boy and Aaron and Althea Yarlott. He was a fluent crow speaker and didn't speak or understand English when he started school. He attended schools at Irving International Elementary in Bozeman, Hardin Middle School, Hardin High School, Tongue River, Watford City and graduated from Lodge Grass High School in 2016. While at Tongue River, he was named the most improved basketball player of the year. He was recruited to play basketball by Nueta Hidatsa Sahnish College in New Town, North Dakota. Joseph Chase adopted Andrew's family and treated all of them as his own. He met Zoriah Stands in the spring of 2017. The couple had a little boy, Atreyu.

Andrew was currently working at Walmart in Billings and also completing on the job training with Everett Hall Trucking in New Town, North Dakota. Andrew was a member of the Native American Church. He participated in sweat lodge ceremonies and Native American Church. As a young boy, he traveled with his grandfather, John Cummins, to Pow Wows where he was part of the drum group. Little Bear participated in hand games and was High Point Man at the Junior Hand-games in 2016.

He is preceded in death by his Papa John Cummins and Kaalé Mary Cummins, Kaalé Debbie Yarlott; big brother James Cummins, Sr., grandpa Joseph Chase, great grandparents David and Jae Bok Yarlott, Sr., uncle Kevin White and auntie mom Gloria Cummins and uncle Darr Three Irons; his adopted parents Lucky and Gevy Coyote Runs and Kaalé Gladys Jefferson; grandparents Henry and Daisy Bright Wings.

He is survived by his mother Crescentia Cummins and dad David A.
