TEMPE – Rosary for George Elmer Franssen, 53, a welder employee of Arizona State University, who died Wednesday in Mesa Lutheran Hospital, will be at 7 p.m. today in Meldrum Mortuary, Macdonald and First Street, Mesa.
Mass will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday in Queen of Peace Church, 36 W. First St.
Mr. Franssen, 2090 E. Howe, was a World War II Army veteran and moved here in 1962 from Omaha. His wife, Lois, daughters, Cindi, Peggy and Diane; a brother and a sister survive.
