E. Russell Brandon , 76, of St. Charles, died Tuesday (Oct. 12, 1999) at Surrey Place in Chesterfield.
Mr. Brandon was a retired salesman for General Cigar Co. in St. Louis, where he had worked for 40 years. He was a member of American Legion Post 444. He served in the U.S. Navy.
Among the survivors are two sons, Michael R. Brandon of Sacramento, Calif., and David R. Brandon of Kirkwood; a daughter, Christy Lynn Winkler of St. Charles; a brother, David W. Brandon of St. Charles; and five grandchildren.
