The will of Arvid Mosher, late of Genoa, was admitted to probate and letters testamentary were issued to E. Byron Whitten and Catherine Mosher, executors named in the will.


By the provisions of the instrument a bequest of $10,000 is made to the wife, Catherine Mosher in lieu of dower, together with all the household furniture, silverware, books, horses, cattle, other livestock and all farming tools and implements of whatever description.


One thousand dollars is bequeathed to Edwin Raymond, a nephew of Moravia, and one thousand dollars is given to Carrie Mosher, wife of Adolphus Mosher of East Venice.


The residuary legatees of the personal estate are Lucy Andrews and Phoebe Bennett, nieces, of Venice Center. To these nieces is also willed the 62-acre farm in the town of Venice, together with all the other real estate of the decedent except the homestead of 135 acres in the town of Genoa which had been deeded to the wife.
