Dorothy Lillian Roberts Fletcher passed away peacefully in her sleep on Friday, August 17th from Causes Incident to Age.

Dottie, wife, mother, sister, aunt, grandmother, "grandma-great" and dearest of friends, will be missed.

Dot was born July 27, 1914 in Provo, Utah, the daughter of Eugene L. Roberts and Sytha Brown Roberts.

Dot spent her childhood years as "the coach's daughter" at BYU and summers she roamed the foothills and peaks of Mt. Timpanogas. Dot moved to Southern California when she was 15 and graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Southern California with a B.A. in Social Work in 1936. Shortly after graduation she met Stephen Harvey Fletcher while both were vacationing in Provo. They were married in the Salt Lake Temple on June 5, 1937 and spent the next 40 years in New York City and Washington D.C. Dot returned to Provo in 1977 when Stephen retired from the Western Electric Company.

Dot is the proud mother of three children, 13 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. She has been an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and has delighted in working with various children's organizations. While living in New Jersey she was counselor in both the ward and stake Primary presidencies.

She was also involved in the Cub Scouting Program. Dot enjoyed gardening, golf and was an active member of several book clubs.

Dot is survived by her husband, Stephen, one daughter, Elizabeth Fletcher Crook of Great Falls, Virginia, two sons, William Stephen Fletcher and Richard Curtis Fletcher, both of Provo, Utah, and a niece, Christine Roberts Cobb of Bountiful, Utah.

Funeral Services will be held at the LDS Edgemont 8th Ward Chapel on Mojave Lane, Indian Hills, Provo, on Friday, August 24 at 2 p.m. A Viewing will precede the Service beginning at 12:30 p.m.
