D.J. Harrison, D.C. Insurance Agent, Dead
Daniel J. Harrison, 67, of 6411 16th Street S.E., Falls Church, Virginia, life insurance agent here, died yesterday at the home of his son, Daniel J. Harrison Jr., of Richmond, Virginia. Mr. Harrison, whose death was caused by a blood clot, was to have left yesterday for Florida with his wife, Mrs. Virginia Harrison. He was a native of Loch Raven, Maryland, moved to Takoma Park, Maryland from Richmond about 30 years ago and has been living in Falls Church for the past six months. In Richmond he was manager of an agency of the Acacia Mutual Life Insurance Co. Since 1925 Mr. Harrison has been an Associate of the John F. Cremen Agency of the Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Co. He was a charter member of the Life Insurance Club of Washington and a member of the National Life Underwriters Association. He was also a Thirty-Second Degree Mason and a member of the Shrine. Funeral arrangements have not been completed. He is survived by his wife and brother and several sisters living in Loch Raven.
