A native of Rome and Floyd County, Mr. Reynolds was born on January 21, 1968, the son of Wilburn Reynolds and Kittie McClurd Reynolds Walker. He had been a life long resident of Rome and Floyd County and was a 1986 graduate of Coosa High School. Mr. Reynolds was active in sports while in high school, playing on the football team and the wrestling team. He was a devoted member of the Hollywood Baptist Church where he served as a deacon, Sunday School teacher and discipleship leader along with other activities at the church. At the time of his death he had been associated with Frito-Lay Company for the past 6 years and prior to that was associated with Curtis Packing. Mr. Reynolds enjoyed golfing and camping, but mainly spending time with his family. He will be remembered as a man of integrity and faithfulness who always put God first then his family.
Mr. Reynolds is survived by his wife, Michelle Sullins Reynolds, to whom he was married on August 15, 1987; four daughters, Olivia Reynolds, Lydia Reynolds, Emma Reynolds and Jenna Reynolds; mother and step-father, Kittie and Roy Walker of Rome; father, Wilburn Reynolds; one sister, Beverly Owens of Kingston, GA; one brother, Tye Walker of Locust Grove, GA.
Funeral services for Mr. Reynolds will be held on Monday afternoon at 4 p.m. in the Hollywood Baptist Church with Rev. David Harper, Rev. Billy Murdock and Mr. Greg Polley officiating. Private interment will be held at Oaknoll Memorial Gardens.
