DEATHS

The funeral services of Sarah Ann Morgan, who died in the family residence, three miles from Clearwater, last Monday, where held in the Methodist church of that town yesterday afternoon at 2 o'clock. Jack Shields of this city, a personal friend of the Morgan family, sang during the service. Interment was made in the Clearwater cemetery.

Mrs. Morgan was born in Delaware March 4, 1830, being 76 years and one day old at the time of her death. She spent the early part of her life in Delaware. She moved to this part of Kansas 31 years ago and has resided in the vicinity of Clearwater since that time. She was the mother of ten children, of whom seven are living. She was a member of the Methodist church and was loved and respected by all who knew her.

Several months ago she went to live with her daughter in Artesia, N. M., but returned only ten days before her death. The cause of her death was pneumonia.
