Breaux Bridge - A Memorial Service will be held at at Pellerin Funeral Home of Breaux Bridge (day & time pending) for Timothy "Timmy" James Berard, 41, who passed away on Wednesday, April 13, 2022, at his residence.

Inurnment will follow at St. Bernard Cemetery No. 2 in Breaux Bridge.

Timmy honorably served in the United States Army for six years. He was deployed in Iraq for Mission Iraqi Freedom from 2010 - 2011. Timmy enjoyed cooking, playing disk golf, and being with his family. He was truly a "Jack-of-all-trades" and was always willing to help anyone in need. Timmy was a loving father, son, brother, uncle, and friend, who will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved him.

He is survived by his father, Ned Berard (Nita); sons, Hayden Menard, Treylen Berard, Rylen Berard and Jaxen Berard; sisters, Dusty Bourque (Nicholas), Nichole Breaux (Jerry), Shannon Hoffpauir (Brian) and Tiffany Richard; brothers, Paul Berard (Renee) and Chris Hulin (Sadie); godchild and nephew, Cole Bourque; nephews, Brannon, Caleb, Ryan, Noah, and Dillan; and nieces, Kaylee, Jayden, Emma, Anna, Leah, Lilly, and Leah.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Ann Douet Richard; paternal grandparents, Bennet and Zita Berard; maternal grandparents, Paul and Anne Douet; uncle, Tim Earl Berard; aunt, Sally Berard Miller; Godmother and aunt, Marion Berard Latiolais; and his cousin, Chase Babineaux.
