Cynthia L. Ballard, 51, passed away Tuesday, April 12, 2022 at Clark Memorial Hospital. She was a native of Louisville, KY.
She is survived by her daughters Johnna Ballard (Jeremy) of New Albany, IN, Penelope Ballard (Andrew) of Memphis, IN, and Kattie Ballard of Henryville, IN; her parents Douglas and Priscilla Curry of Crestwood, KY; two grandchildren Kaiden & Aubrielle.
Cynthia was preceded in death by her husband John "Limo" Ballard; her daughter Becca Marie Ballard & her sister Rebecca Curry.
Funeral service will be held Monday, April 18, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. with burial to follow in Louisville Memorial Gardens East. Visitation will be Monday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the funeral home.
