ROYCROFT -- On November 17, 1960, CHARLES F., of 100 Fairfield Drive, Catonsville, husband of Helen M. Roycroft (nee Mertel); father of Mrs. Walter James and Mrs. John Rodowski; brother of Marie Lawrence.

Funeral services at the Farley Cavanaugh Funeral Home. Requiem High Mass at St. Mark's Church. Interment in New Cathedral Cemetery.

Charles F. Roycroft, executive vice president and general manager of the Credit Bureau of Baltimore, died yesterday at Bon Secours Hospital. He was 59.

He had been associated with the credit bureau for 34 years. He was named assistant general manager inf 1938 and was elected to his last post ten years later.

A nationally known figure in credit management, he served on the legislative committee of the Natioal Retail Credit Association. He also ws a director of the Associated Credit Bureau of America nad was awarded a plaque for distinguished service at the end of his term of office.
