Survived by daughters; Jo Ann (Brian) H. of Joliet, Elaine (Patrick) D.; Grandchildren, Cade, Ryan and Kara from Arkansas.
Preceded in death by her husband Carl E. Johnson in 1992 and 3 sisters and four brothers from Missouri.
Cremation rites were accorded and her remains will be interred at the Woodlawn Memorial Park I.
