Wilma Kelly, known as "Aunt Wilma" to friends of her nephew and niece, Steve and Deronda Burdette, passed away Thursday, January 6, 2011.

She was born in Kentucky in 1911 and moved to San Gabriel, California, where they lived for many years.

She and her husband, Bob, owned Kelly Tool. In 2002, she moved to San Luis Obispo to be near family. The family wishes to thank all of the caregivers at Aunt Carol''s Place in San Luis Obispo. Thank you Kim and staff for all your special kindness and care. Aunt Wilma will be missed by all of her family.

Wilma is survived by her two nephews Steve Burdette (Deronda) and LaBron Burdette (Gay); great nephews and nieces Eric Burdette (Sandy), Belin Tanner (Gary), Scott Burdette and Danielle Burdette; and two great-great nephews, Wyatt and Quinn Tanner. She was preceded in death by her husband, Bob Kelly in 1991.

At her request, there will be no service. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Central Coast Funds for Children, P.O. Box 1046, San Luis Obispo, CA 93406, or a charity of your choice.
