Veronica Cutler, 93, of Minersville, passed away Monday at The Gardens at York Terrace.
Born April 16, 1929, in Jonestown, Cass Township, she was a daughter of the late Paul and Anna (née Petris) Paulosky. She attended Cass Township schools, and was employed in the local garment industry, having worked as a floor lady at the former Fran's Lingerie and the Mar Lin Dress Company.
She was a member of St. Nicholas Ukrainian Catholic Church, Minersville, the Minersville Senior Citizens and the Amalgamated Clothing and Textiles Union. She loved dancing polkas.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Peter Cutler, in 1980, and her longtime companion, Louis Tarantino, in 2013. The last of her siblings, she was also preceded by two brothers and two sisters.
Veronica is survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be at St. Nicholas Church, 415 North Front Street, Minersville, on Thursday from 8:30 a.m. Requiem Divine Liturgy will be at 9:30 a.m. Interment will be in St. Nicholas Cemetery, Branch Township.
