Pernia Katherine Roche, 83, of Willow Springs, Missouri, left this walk of life, Wednesday, April 20, 2022, at Ozarks Healthcare in West Plains, Missouri. She was born February 1, 1939, to John Dale and Lena Lucille (Anderson) Williams in Sand Springs, Oklahoma. She was united in marriage to Norman Lee Roche on May 10, 1957, in San Jose, California.

Pernia is preceded in death by her parents, Dale and Lena Williams.

Survivors include her husband, Norman of the family home; children, Sandra Lee (Blake) Couch of Oakesdale, WA, John Howard (Lisa) Roche of Spokane, WA, Laura Ann (Steve) Bieker of Jefferson City, MO, Karen Jane Parks of California, MO, and Dennis Wayne Roche (Diana Huff) of West Plains, MO; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandson.

Pernia was a school bus driver and a Sunday School teacher for many years and was also a girl scout leader. She loved family gatherings

Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. on Thursday, April 28, 2022, at the First Christian Church in Willow Springs, Missouri with Pastor Bob Martin officiating. Visitation will be held Wednesday, April 27, 2022, from 6-8:00 p.m. at the Yarber Mortuary, Willow Springs, Missouri. Interment will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday, April 29, 2022, at the Veterans Cemetery, 5201 S Southwood Rd, Springfield, Missouri. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
