DAVIS -- Services for Pearl Edwards, 91, will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at First Baptist Church with the Rev. James Densman officiating. Interment will be at Green Hill Cemetery under the direction of Fox Funeral Home.
Mrs. Edwards was born Dec. 28, 1908, at Checotah, to Richard P. and Joy D. Richardson Bolding. She died Feb. 17, 2000, in Davis.
She had been a resident of Davis 28 years and was a member of Eastern Star. She and Ezra Edwards were married Feb. 5, 1991, in Gainesville, Texas. She was preceded in death by a son, James Moody; four brothers; and three sisters.
Survivors include her husband, of the home; four sisters, Gellie Chandler, Sulphur, Ina Mae Brown, Georgia Riggs and Dorothy Simpson, all of California; two grandchildren; and a great-grandson.
Bearers will be Leland Slate, Jerry White, Bill Canup, Frank Heaton, Buddy Jones and Dale Noland. Honorary bearers are Floyd Shipman and Fred Johnston.
