GEORGE N. RICHARDSON
George N. Richardson, 49, husband of Mrs. Julia (Nealon) Richardson, died yesterday morning at his home, 1117 Methuen Street in Dracut. He was born in Lowell, the son of the late James and Winifred (Nyland) Richardson. He was a veteran of World War II and was widely known in this city and in Dracut where he made his home. He was employed by the Lowell Trucking Co. Mr. Richardson was an attendant of St. Michael's church and was a member of the Lowell Teamsters union. Besides his wife, he is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Lillian Angove of Lowell; a son, Leo O'Neill of Lowell; five sisters, Mrs. Winifred Dunn of Lowell, Mrs. Edith Osterman of North Chelmsford, Mrs. June Macklin of Tyngsboro, Mrs. Helen Tibbets of Rochester, N.Y. and Mrs. Alice Suprie of Dracut; seven brothers, Edward Richardson, Raymond Richardson and Paul Richardson, all of Lowell; Allan Richardson in the U.S. Marines, Henry Richardson in the U.S. Navy and John Richardson of Lowell; six granchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Burial Sunday, November 7 in St. Patrick's Cemetery, Lowell.
