Biological father of Wynonna Judd.∼Charles Jordan, the father of Wynonna Judd, died Thursday, Aug. 10, at his home in Louisa, Ky., near the West Virginia border, He was 56. Cause of death is unknown at this time. The singer learned about her father's death Monday (Aug. 14). Charles was born in 1945 in Ashland, Boyd, Kentucky. He was the son of William Owsley Jordan and Mary Frances Watson. He and Diana "Naomi" Judd attended Ashland High School in the early 1960's. He was the biological father of Wynonna Judd.
