She is survived by her son, Gerald W. (Mary) Riggs of Jefferson City, TN, three grandchildren, Krystina Schell, Raymond Isham, and John Isham, nine great-grandchildren and a niece Karen Larew of Wadestown.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Thomas Taylor and William Taylor Jr and a sister Virginia Taylor.
Rosalee was a graduate of Clay Battelle High School, Class of 1947. She lived and worked most of her life in Ohio where she was a member of the Church of Christ.
The family will receive friends at the Masters Funeral Home, 209 E Main Street, Mannington, WV on Sunday, May 15, 2022 from 10-11:00 am with funeral services beginning at 11:00 with Pastor Jon Schell officiating. Interment will follow at the Wadestown Cemetery in Wadestown.
