Walter married Daisy Marcus in Chicago on 25 July 1913; she died in Orlando in 1975.
He served in the U.S. Army during WWI and worked for the General Service Administration during WWII. Later, he worked as an auto supply salesman and moved to Orlando in 1956.
Walter and Daisy had no children.
