Andre was born in Buffalo, NY, on March 8, 1969 to Lynda Mackniel and James L. Elliott. He lived in Auburn NY, at the time, he was suddenly taken from his family at age 53, on May 14th 2022. He was engaged to Tracey Maciuliwicz, with whom he lived and shared his life along with their son Andre Jr. He worked as a cook and was also a stay at home dad, where he took care of his son. The buffalo native attended South Park High School where he played basketball and excelled in his academics. He loved basketball, playing the guitar, writing poems, listening to music, but most of all Andre was a very family oriented man. He was the oldest son of Lynda and James; as well as the oldest of his other siblings. Andre was a loving man, a God fearing man, a family man, a father, a brother, and uncle. He was, still is and always will be loved. He leaves to mourn five children that were his pride and Joy, Shawanda Rogers (nee Elliott), Andrea Beckman (nee Elliott), LeAdrea Elliott, Deja Brown (nee Elliott) and Andre MackNiel Jr., Elliott; his eight siblings, brothers, Yvonne James Elliott, Marcus Elliott, Malik Elliott and Jimmy Elliott; sisters, Andre'Anna Unique Porter, Rose White (nee Elliott), Darlissa Elliott, and Marshett Elliott; he also leaves behind three grandchildren, and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. He is predeceased by his parents Lynda Mackniel and James Elliott; his brother James Elliott III; his grandmothers Ella Manuel (nee Jackson), and Georgia Wright; grandfathers, James L. Elliott Sr., and Robert P. Copes. Andre will be unbearably missed, greatly loved and forever in our hearts.
