Jeanette Patricia Ponder, 63, of Chidester, Arkansas, passed away at home on Thursday, May 19, 2022. She was born on August 24, 1958 in San Jose, California, and lived in California before her family moved to Arkansas in her teenage years. Jeanette loved camping, crafting and crawfish boils. She was a member of Chidester Baptist Church, and served in many roles working for the City of Chidester throughout the years. Jeanette was a devoted mother, sister, aunt and friend to many.

Jeanette is preceded in death by her father, Wayne Phillips; mother, Jean Bolt and step-father, James Bolt.
Her survivors include her children, Tim Ponder of Stratford, Iowa and Katie Phillips and husband, Zach of Atkins, Arkansas; brothers, Ron Phillips and wife, Johnette of Chidester, Arkansas and Richard Phillips and wife, Terry of Chidester, Arkansas. As well as a host of nephews, nieces, cousins and good friends.
