MAKINSON JOHN ANDERSON Of Peachland, B.C. passed away on October 14, 2008 at the Kelowna General Hospital at the age of 96. Born in Newfoundland, John spent most of his working life in retail sales. His life passions however were golfing and gardening. He will be lovingly missed by Solveig (Sally), his wife of 66 years.(23May 1942)
John was predeceased by all 8 of his siblings. In memory donations may be made to the charity of your choice. Private family arrangements will be made at a later date. Arrangements have been entrusted to Hansons' Arbor-Westwood Funeral Chapel, 2541 Churchill Rd., Westbank BC, V4T 2B4.
