She was born in Centralia, WV and moved to Florida in 1965. She worked at Extra Fine Fruit Packing & Shipping for several years.
In 1972, she worked at Magnolia School for challenged children as a teacher's aide.
In 1992, she transferred to West Orange Ninth Grade Center, and eventually retired at age 75.
Marie was a member of the Orlo Vista Church of Christ.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Earl and Goldie Belknap and an infant sister, Berdina Belknap.
Marie leaves a husband of 60 years, Guy E. Mallory, a daughter Vicki Lynn Martin, both of Winter Garden, one brother Edward (Barbara) Belknap of Texas, a sister Louise Keen of West Virginia, three grandchildren, Jason and family of Georgia, Jacqueline and family of Alabama, and Jerry Lee Martin of Winter Garden, five great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
