Lila Black,82, Tompkinsville, died at the Monroe County Medical Center in Tompkinsville. She was the daughter of Alonzo and Rindie (Lyons) Howard and the wife of the late Argil J. Black. She was a member of the Sand Lick Baptist Church. Survivors: two daughters and a son-in-law, Dana Smith, and Doris and Michael Thompson, all of Tompkisville. One sister, Lama Headrick, and two brothers, Mitchell and Guy Howard, all preceded her in death.
