Fred E. Hansell of Brockton Summoned Minister and Undertaker Before He Died.

Brockton-April 22-Before he died yesterday afternoon, Fred E. Hansell, a widely-known whistler and entertainer and prominent on the vaudeville stage all over the country for the past 20 years, summoned Rev. A. T. Ringold of the North Baptist Church and discussed with him the plans for his own funeral.

Later he sent for Charles H. Barden, an undertaker, and told him just how the funeral was to be conducted. Mr. Barden, at Mr Hansell's request, brought with him a casket prospectus and Mr. Hansell selected the casket in which he was to be buried.

The funeral will be held tomorrow afternoon, with Rev Mr. Ringold and Rev. George Boice Titus of West Bridgewater officiating.
