Esther Meyer of Oak Park for 30 years Funeral services for Esther Meyer (nee Olson), formerly of Chicago, will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, at All Saints Cemetery Mausoleum Chapel, 700 N. River Road, Des Plaines. She passed away Sunday, Aug. 14, 2005, at Brighton Gardens in Prospect Heights. Mrs. Meyer worked in the insurance business for many years. She was the wife of the late Elmer J. "Biff" Meyer; sister of the late Walter J. (Jeanette) Olson; and aunt of Gary (Linda) Olson, Linda Olson, Nancy Besser and Jeanie (Edward) Barretto. She is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, grandnieces and nephews, and great-grandnieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, memorials to Hospice of Northeastern Illinois would be appreciated.
