Eldon Charles Baerwolf 73, of Yale, died Thursday morning January 17, 2008 at MediLodge of Yale. He was born December 19, 1934 in Elk Twp, Sanilac County, the son of the late Charles and Elena Hoff Baerwolf.
His marriage to Katherine Regan was November 10, 1973 in Yale.

Eldon served his country with the United States Army from 1957 to 1959 and the U.S. Army reserves from 1959 to 1963.

He was employed by Mueller Brass, Port Huron, for 44 years until his retirement in 1999.
Eldon loved to hunt and fish with his many wonderful friends.

Beloved husband to Katherine of 34 years
Beloved father of Kathy Johnston and Fred and Thomas Regan
Dear grandfather of Timothy and Jena Johnston and Joshua Quain
Devoted brother of Betty Darnell and Ina Hunt and also survived by several nieces and nephews including Charles (Barbara) Hill and Janet (Raymond) Starks.

He is preceded in death by his brother Otto, sisters, Esther McLean and Marjorie Robbins, brothers-in-law, Charles Darnell and Norm Hunt.

His family honors the memory of Eldon and invites you to visit and share Sunday 2:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Kaatz Funeral Directors, Yale, and attend funeral services 11:00 a.m. Monday with 10:00 a.m. visiting. Rev. Jack Allan, pastor of First United Methodist Church, Yale, will officiate.

Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery, Yale.
