Dolly was the daughter of Margaret Magill and George Epp Sr. On April 3, 1948, she married Leroy Ellsworth Warner, and they had six children: Leroy Ellsworth Jr., Lawrence Emerson, Lauren Elaine, Lisa Ellen, Lorraine Elizabeth, and Leonard Edward. She was employed by AIWF Consumer Products in Exton, Chester County, Pennsylvania.
