Fairy Anderson Winters, age 82, from Nashville, Tennessee passed away peacefully with her loving family by her side.
Fairy Winters preceded in death by her husband Maurice Winters Sr., daughter, Debbie Winters Rogers, parents, Dorothy and Claude Anderson, brothers, David Anderson, James Anderson, sister, Mary Lynn Fair and dearest friend Marilyn Vick.
She is survived by daughters, Barbara Winters (Jonathan Preuett), Elizabeth Elkins (Darin), son, Eddie Winters (Kristen), son-in-law Ron Rogers (Crystal), grandsons, Ryan Rogers (Amber), Austin Patton (Casey), Tye and Ross Patton, sisters-in-law, Doris Anderson, Dolores Anderson, Jane Winters, dearest friends, Peggy Jones, Martha Creekmur, several nieces and nephews, four great grandchildren and grand dogs.
Fairy was a woman of strong faith and life-long member of Jordonia United Methodist Church, loving wife, devoted mother and grandmother who never had a bad word to say about anyone, a truly kind spirit with a name that made everyone smile. She graduated from Cumberland High School in 1958 as the salutatorian. She was a loyal Vanderbilt fan and season ticket holder for 30 plus years, loved game shows, never missed Wheel of Fortune and enjoyed traveling. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
A visitation will be held Saturday June 11, 2022 starting at 9:30am until Celebration of Life 11:30 am all held at Harpeth Hills Funeral Home 9090 Hwy 100 Nashville, TN 37221.
