DOUGHERTY -- A graveside service will be at 10 a.m. Friday for Carl Eugene Ford, 74, at the Dougherty Cemetery. The Rev. Finis Steelman will officiate.
Born Aug. 30, 1925, to the late Aldine Monroe and Angeline Ford in Fort Smith, Ark., Ford died Sunday at the Sulphur hospital. He and his wife, Mary, were married in October 1972 at Gainesville, Texas.
Ford lived and worked in several Oklahoma towns before moving to Wynnewood and more recently to Dougherty.
His survivors include his wife of the home; a son, Geno Lankford, Sulphur; a daughter, Angela Osorino, Dougherty; a sister, June Carthen, Tulare, Calif., and four grandchildren.
Services were under the direction of Cowley-Krien Funeral Home, Sulphur.
