Wilbur F. Moore Dies Friday at The Dalles

Wilbur F. Moore, 22, a resident of Corvallis, passed away in a hospital at The Dalles early Friday morning. The remains were brought to the Keeney Funeral Home and plans for the service will be announced later.
Mr. Moore was the son of Charles F. and Jessie Layfield Moore and was born in Corvallis, June 20, 1920. He attended schools here and was employed as a truck driver on construction projects until his health failed several months ago. He was single.
Besides his mother, now residing at Vancouver, Washington, he is survived by six sisters, Mrs. Clarence Truitt, Corvallis, Mrs. Carroll H, Smith, Philomath, Mrs. Stanley Fink, Vancouver, Washington, Mrs. Hilda Beegle, Olympia, Washington, Mrs. Mabel Stoutzenberger, San Diego, California, Mrs. Ada Swanberger, Seattle, Washington and two brothers, Darrell Moore, Toledo, and Arthur Moore, with the 91st Division, Camp White.
