Mrs. Jewell Howell,45, 7201 Rhode Island Dr., died Thursday. A native of Florida, she had lived in Tampa for 24 years. She is survived by her husband, Marion D. Howell, one son, Lloyd B. Howell(Parrish), one daughter, Mrs. Arlene Hicks, all of Tampa; two brothers, F.O. Raulerson, Dade City, and Osborne Raulerson, Tampa; one sister, Mrs. Eunice Stewart, Naples; her father, Frank B. Raulerson, Tampa.
