Mitzi was the daughter of Mary Jane DOYLE and Arthur CLARK. She grew up in South Bend and married Joseph Walter Edwards, Jr., on February 14, 1969, in South Bend. Two daughters and a son were born to the marriage. Mitzi was a homemaker and worked at Goodwill for many years. She enjoyed doing needlework embroidery, playing Bingo, and playing the game "Cornhole." In her last years, she moved to Plymouth. She was survived by her daughters and son, by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren, by four half-sisters, and by two half-brothers. She was preceded in death by her half-sister Bonnie (Lansford) Glassman and by her half-brother Ernest "Kinky" Lansford II.
