At 5 o'clock Saturday afternoon, William D. Logan, who was so severely burned two weeks ago in Allen's oil store, was relieved from his suffering by death. He leaves a wife and five children. He was born on the 10th of June, 1818, in Nicholas county, Ky., and has been a resident of this city since 1856. He as for many years a consistent member of the Christian Church and also a member of the official board. His funeral services will be held at that church this Monday morning.
