Wallace G. Holiday, 87, of Corning, NY, passed away peacefully, on Saturday, June 11th, 2022, at the Three Rivers Health Care Center in Painted Post, NY. He was born July 25th, 1934 in Elmira, NY, the son of Stanley G. and Elinor D. (Wood) Holiday.

He was a retired, well respected, and highly skilled Draftsman at Dresser-Rand for many years in Painted Post, NY.

Wallace is survived by his daughter, Katrina (Mark) Holiday Daw; sons: Patrick (Debra) Holiday, Timmy Holiday and James Holiday.

He was predeceased by his wife, Jacqueline Terry Holiday, sisters: Betty Jane Lasalle, Gracia L. Larrison; and son, Wallace II (Nancy) Holiday. He is also survived by many grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

Wallace was an avid pet lover of cats and dogs. Those wishing to make a memorial donation may do so at your local SPCA.

A memorial celebrating the life of Wallace Holiday will be held at a later date. Carpenter's Funeral Home, 14 E. Pulteney St., Corning has been entrusted with the arrangements.
