LYDIA A. (RICCI) MISERANDINO 92, of Gorham Place, died Thursday at Sunny View Nursing Home. She was the wife of the late Frank J. Miserandino. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Carmine and Lionelda (Enrico) Ricci.

Mrs. Miserandino was a Medical Assistant and Secretary in the office of the late Dr. Fred Easton in Providence for 30 years, retiring in 1995. She was a member of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Parish and its Altar Society; and associated with the Columbian Fathers, along with her late husband, for their Annual Bazaar. Mrs. Miserandino was a past member of the Chiefs Marshall Association of the Bristol 4th of July Committee and a proud member of her Grammies Club.

She was the beloved mother of David F. Miserandino and his wife Janis of Marshfield, MA and Diane L. Erban and her husband Richard of Warwick (RI). Loving grandmother of six and great grandmother of twelve. She was the sister of the late Adolph, Carmine, William and Reginald Ricci. She is also survived by four step grandchildren and one step great grandson, as well as many close friends and neighbors.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be concelebrated Monday at 10:00 am in Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church, 141 State Street, Bristol. Relatives and friends are invited and may call Sunday 3-7 pm in Smith Funeral and Memorial Services, 8 Schoolhouse Road, Warren. Burial will be strictly private. In lieu of flowers, gifts in her memory to The Columban Fathers of Bristol, 65 Ferry Rd., Bristol, RI 02809 or Home & Hospice Care of RI, 169 George St., Pawtucket, RI 02860 would be appreciated.
