William David Tidmore, better known as "David", 75, of Oneonta, Alabama, passed away on June 28, 2022, at St. Vincent's East Hospital.
David was a general service manager in the automotive industry for many years.
Preceding him in death were his son Carey Tidmore; granddaughter Madison Tidmore; brother Bailey Tidmore and parents Rufus Johnny and Lillian Herstene Bailey Tidmore.
He leaves behind his loving wife of 56 years, Jean Lowe Tidmore; son Jody Tidmore; daughter Gina Butts (Jimbo); grandsons Tyler and Kade Butts; sisters Patsy Vickery and Alethea McCreless (Jeff); sister-in-law Andreé Walker; special cousin Donna Lowe and several beloved nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, July 2, 2022, at Lebanon United Methodist Church from 11 AM until 1 PM. Funeral service will follow at the Church at 1 PM with Bro. Harvey Beck and Bro. Michael Cornelius presiding. The burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery. Lemley Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
