Mrs. Philley, who was 83, was born in Carroll County. She married the late Joe Philley in 1910 and was a member of the Hopewell Methodist Church.
She is survived by two sons Wiley Philley, Grenada, and Richmond Philley, Sweatman; and one sister, Mrs. Adelle Collier, Ackerman.
