Bonita Beth Abrams, 70, of Fort Payne, passed away Saturday, July 2, 2022 at her home surrounded by her family. She was born in Batavia, New York on July 7, 1951 to the late Floyd and Violet Tarbox Pozzobon. After visiting many times for June Jam events, she and her husband Mark and her three children moved to Fort Payne and operated Fort Payne Skate Center for several years. She was actively involved in the American Legion Auxiliary Unit 89.

Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at Wilson Funeral Home with Chaplain Don Donaghy officiating. Burial will follow in Glenwood Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 4 until 8 p.m. and on Wednesday from 12 noon until the 2 p.m. hour of service.

She is survived by her husband of 50 years Mark Abrams; children Shari Edmonds (Brandon), Shayne Abrams (Lucy), and Shawn Abrams (Rachel); grandchildren Dakota Garrett, Issac Abrams, Cain Abrams, Jessica McBride (JoJo), Cassandra Cagle (Jake), and Todd Heal (Ashley); and a host of great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents and brother Dennis Pozzobon.
