Frances Elaine O'BANNON
SEPTEMBER 27, 1943 – JULY 15, 2022
Frances "Elaine" O'Bannon, 78, went to join her beloved husband "Butch" in Heavens Garden on July 15, 2022.
She was born in Lambert, Mississippi on September 27, 1943 to Phillip and Jimmie Louis Whitten. She had three brothers, James and Bob Whitten who preceded her in death.

Elaine met her beloved Butch on a blind date and it was love at first sight. After two dates she knew he would be the one man she would spend the rest of her life with, they were married in December 1962. Elaine and Butch blessed their home with two children, a daughter Julie and a son Michael.

Elaine was a devoted wife and mother who cared for their children while Butch served in the Navy. Her life was full of love for her husband, children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchild. She loved watching her game shows, going on trips to visit family, and occasionally taking trips with her husband to the casino. While Butch would maintain the yard and garden, Elaine would take care of the home. Elaine is loved by everyone who knew her and especially her family.

Elaine is survived by her brother Willie, daughter Julie (Bill), son Michael, ten grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, and one great, great grandchild.
