Steven "Steve" Leaverne Middlebrook, 62 of Bloomington Springs, Tennessee passed from this life on Thursday, July 28, 2022 at Cookeville Regional Medical Center. He was born Sunday, October 25, 1959 in Tecumseh, Michigan to the late James Alfred Middlebrook and Lois Ann (Hoover) Wilson.
Steve was a loving son, brother, husband, father, Poppie, uncle, and friend. He was a wonderful provider. He owned and operated Superior Siding for 30 plus years. Steve was loved by all that knew him, and he will be greatly missed.
Steve leaves behind his wife of 29 years: Cindy (Ford) Middlebrook; three children: Ashley Middlebrook, Steven Ford Middlebrook, and Jake Middlebrook; four grandchildren: Averie, Cooper, Mia, and Sutton; mother: Lois Wilson; four siblings: Larry Middlebrook, Robin (Michael) Bostic, Missy Smith, and Ron Middlebrook; uncle, Don Hoover and his wife Tracy.
Steve was preceded in death by his father.
Funeral Service were held Monday, August 1, 2022 from the chapel of Crest Lawn Funeral Home with Bro. Bob Sotis officiating. Interment followed in the Crest Lawn Memorial Cemetery.
