Fred Charles Marshall IV passed away on July 21, 2022. Fred was born June 30, 1965 in Pasadena California. He moved to Virginia in his teens where he graduated from Wakefield High School. In early adult life, Fred moved his family to Washington where he ran a landscaping business for a time. He spent the remainder of his life continuing to advance his skills and knowledge in the industry and his vast knowledge of plants was admired by many. Fred had an intense love of racing motorcycles and often dreamed of being on the track. He also loved to go on food adventures, cook, and found his passion customizing and selling Seiko men's diver watches.

Fred is survived by his parents Fred Charles Marshall III and Bianca Molinari. His sister Gina Marshall. His children Fred Charles Marshall V and Richard Marshall. His partner Richelle Shively, her children Nicole Bwansa, Kyler Shively, and Granddaughter Kenna (Kenny).

Viewing is planned August 8, 2022 at Solie Funeral Home 3301 Colby Ave. Everett 10-12. Graveside services at Grand Army of the Republic Cemetery 8601 Riverview Road, Snohomish 2:00 p.m.. Reception to follow.
