Funeral services were held Sunday at 3 pm for Mrs. Clara G. Budd, early Chelan Valley pioneer, who passed away at her home in North Chelan, March 18, 1932 at the age of 79 years and 10 days.
Mrs. Budd is survived by four children: Mrs. Ed Larrabee, Mrs. Charles Clark and Miss Fanny Budd, all of Chelan and Jake Budd of Moscow, Idaho. All the children were here prior to their mother's death and in attendance at the funeral services.
Mrs. Budd was born at Baltimore, Maryland. On Oct 6, 1871 she was married to Mr. Budd and in 1921 they celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary. They came here from Montana 40 years ago and since that time have made their home in the valley.
