Gale Joy Beck, 85 of Coleman and formerly of Beaverton, passed away unexpectedly Sunday evening, May 16, 2021 at MidMichigan Medical Center. She was born October 5, 1935 in Midland, daughter of the late Charles and Alice (Huggard) Clark. Gale was a dedicated employee of Dow Chemical Company for 47 years. On November 4, 1966, she married the love of her life, Larry Joe Beck. Gale was a devoted Christian and a lifelong member of the Church of Daniels Band. She was highly involved in church activities as a Sunday School teacher, secretary, delegate, and President of Ladies Aid, just to name a few. Gale was also musically talented and was the pianist for her church for over 60 years, sang in the church choir, and was a member of Heart and Soul Gospel Singers. She was a wonderful woman with a heart of gold that will be dearly missed.
Gale is survived by her loving husband of 54 years, Larry Joe Beck.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Betty Beebe and Elaine Onweller.
